Are homeowners allowed to rent/lease their home within the community?

Unfortunately, not. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of property care in this community, and at this time, we don't have the means to vet each renter/leaseholder that would request a stay.

What are the community fees?

Land lease fees are $630/month plus applicable property taxes, water, sewer, maintenance etc. Please note that there may be other charges which vary based on site and municipality. Prices are subject to change.

Can I move my previously purchased home into the community?

Not at this time, as we are still negotiating with the municipality on model criteria. It may be discussed at a later date and taken on a case-by-case basis.

Are pets allowed in the community?

Yes, pets are welcomed under the following conditions:

Cats must be kept inside.
Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of their home.
Owners are responsible that their pet does not disturb others or create a nuisance.
Only one dog permitted.
All droppings on the site and on the property must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
No pets are to be left outside when the resident is not home.
Residents who own pets must comply with all local and provincial animal licensing registration and vaccination requirements.
